ok...back is feeling better. hopefully tomorrow i can make a triumphant return and actually finish a workout.
John, I know we haven't met yet, but feel free to take the rest of this week off (including Saturday) & plan to make your triumphant return next week.
As far as today's WOD, 9:48 with 95 lbs.
I have met him and was kind of hoping for the same thing Chris. Maybe next Monday would be a good day to return. only kidding...
I am looking forward to working out with him on Sat in the final heat.

Joe O...don't think we've met yet. Just curious, 75 reps of each movement and just shy of a mile run total, what's your time and the weights set for your puddle of plasma workout (November Pain)?
Hey Michelle, nope don't think we have yet either. We didn't do the workout, going to save it for a day where we have more than an hour ha and the weight is 135 for men/95 for women. Its gonna be...fun? lol
