Complete in as few sets as possible:
75 Overhead Squats 95/65#
twist-10 box jumps everytime you break up a set.

Post number of sets to comments.

We are going to be doing 'Squat Therapy' this week. Lets really try to work on our squats. We want you to really work on perfecting it, we all have our weaknesses in our air squats whether it's the depth, (too high or too low), losing lumbar curve, chest falling forward, or knees tracking forward. Fixing these things will give you a stronger and more efficient air squat!

So, I didn't look before I went this morning. Needless to say, I was NOT HAPPY when I saw this one on the board.

Anyway, 9:49 with 75 lbs. & did 4 sets of box jumps.

I didn't realize how not good my squat was until after squat therapy!

7:02 w/ 35lbs and "step ups"... not used to doing that!

I finish with 11:51 with 75lbs. OHSQ still my worst movement, although I'm getting better with it.

Michelle nice on working that muscle up. Soon enough you and I will be banging those bad boys out.

6:03 at 75lbs OHS. Ended up having to do 2 sets of box jumps which sucked. I thought this one would be a lot easier than it actually was. Good luck to the Phils tonight. Hopefully Cliff Lee finishes the job out in Colorado.

Great job tonight EHT 630 crew. Did 75 OHS and 30 box jumps tonight and pulled an ass muscle doing pullups afte the WOD? go figure, my legs don't me right now.

Special thanks to Joe for the tuna. Weighed that steak when I got home and it was 22oz precook weight. Crusted with some sesame seeds, seared it for 3 minutes on each side and dipped in wasabi. Couldn't finish the whole thing so I shared it with a buddy but it was a delicious hunk of protein.

And your a freak of nature with your pullups

Loving these squat movements. Getting my form down and feeling good. One on one with Nick at 4:00.
Great experience! Thanks Nick. Workout was hard and the core movements afterwards were insane. Who knew one minute of hollow rocks could bring me to my knees.
