What is Skin the Cat? Does this have something to do with being upside down???

Finished with 13:25. Felt like a slug today. Must have been all that thrusting yesterday?

Also worked on handstands and skin the cat. did some modified back leaver and tried a muscle up. F'in' muscle ups, that's right no good.

Finished 13:03 with 95lbs and K2/tris.
Almost to the elbows but still not quite there yet.
Great job pushing yourself today Michelle
Thanks Nick for helping me with skin the cat, I think with bit more practice I can nail that skill
