That's what is great about rowing, you love it or hate it, there's very little gray area.

just my own personal thoughts...there's nothing like going to W'town and seeing a lot of people, so many that everyone can not do the same workout at one time, watching the first group do a workout and then, with a lump in your throat, do it with the second. With that in mind, heat 7 really!!!!!!

Hello Boy and Girls!!!

Made a new PR today by 5 lbs with the press. New PR 145 lbs. Old one was 140 lbs.

Also on the Row I felt pretty good on it. I don't mind the rowing, I actually think I like it. I was rough though.

227, 217, 213, 204, 205 = 1066

Still working on thrusting. I'm thrusting as I type this, It's tough cause I'm wiggling around but as you can see I finished it, but I'm still thrusting. Yee Haaa!!!!

Hand maintenance this week? Nick I'm sure you have all kinds of creams and lotions you can bring in to make my hands soft and sweet. I'm trying to make it today but I have my 5 yr old with me all day and an interview at work at 7:30..

Row: 244-222 and i forget the rest but finished with 1136m

Wanted to put up more. Shoulders didn't. Lift: 45-50-50-55(F)-45(x5)

Row: 841 meters (need velcro under my butt!) ;)

Tried those freakin' MU's again with my lunch buddy Jim. I will get one before the New Year!!! GRRR!
