What the heck is a Hollow Rock?
Imange your worst sit up, only now your laying on your back and have to keep your feet and hands off of the ground. Now rock back and forth, bringing your butt off the ground and then your lower back off when you rock. now do it none stop. It's great!
wow that sounds awwwesome.... this is what I get for cramming my 2 workouts into Friday & Saturday. Ducking out of work early to make the 4:30 eht.

Okay, this wod was quite deceiving. Didn't think it was too bad until I started seeing spots. 45 lbs = 22 Thanks Joe and Nick for the push and the help with the muscle ups. I'm gonna get one soon:) haha
Im gonna come but i need to sub anything thats gonna mess with my shoulder its all screwed up from 2 wods ago and I took off the last two days and feel like a total fatty i need somethign and well running just isn't doing it !
2 more single muscle ups ... hurt my elbow trying to do 2 in a row.
WOD - RX'd for a 28 total. Double-Unders hurt my score with using 2 as my score.

Learning how to kip before the wod probably wasnt the best idea. However, total score was 27 or 28 cant remember now. 35lbs on the PP and SDL. See you tomorrow.
