Ugh...you know its a bad day when there's a ton of comments early in the morning...hitting the 0930 session at OTG this morning..so much for running errands afterwards.
Here's something to read to take your minds off angie and the thought of leaving half your hand dangling from the pullup bar tonight. Its a pretty funny post about crossfitters' favorite past time...taking our shirts off during the workout.

Finished the pullups and pushups about 2 minutes slower than I wanted. Finished the situps and squats a little faster than I expected.
Got a milestone, the first time I threw beat down on a Trainer (Nick had 18:50something). I know it was a bit of a lay-up, but it counts!
I believe according to the Crossfit OTG by-laws the first time a student beats a trainer, the trainer owes that student a beer. When we going out so I can collect?
Good luck to the 6:00PM Crew with "Angie". Lee and I are on vacation and are pretty upset that we will miss that WOD.lol In honor of everyone we will do our version tmrw---no pullups but we can do everything else. Kick ass tonight....Joe and Lee
Congrats Paul - you smoked me!! Hats off to ya buddy...One of two times I've ever gone backward with (the other was 30 mu for time)...it was bound to happen working out once a week..
We definitely all need to go out again...and I'd love to buy you a drink you deserve it....we'll have to schedule something!

Oh man, when I saw this WOD go up last night (cause I never go to sleep until I see the next days WOD), I couldn't wait to give this a shot.
Schedule got crazy today and couldn't get there, I am very disappointed. I may show up tomorrow and do Angie instead of whatever tomorrow's WOD. Sounds like everyone needs a recovery day so I may be there by myself anyhow.
Well I meant to post this sooner so I'll be the last guy here putting something up.
I finished with 31:24. Took my sweet time on this one apparently. And yes the hands ripped. Mark told me they would right around 75 and sure enough 74 right hand ripped then at 85 left hand ripped. Oh well.
OK that Workout was crazy! The pullups are the toughest part. I'm glad they were first. I really need to work on my kip to get me through, otherwise I am pulling up my dead weight. Great job to the EHT crew last night at 430, and thanks again to Mark and Justin for the positive encouragement. You too Nick from the Skype camera. I was afraid when I had seen thw WOD that morning but was glad I was able to finish it.
Not laughing anymore. "Angie" beat me mentally and physically. She got in my head right after my 6th pull-up and I needed a rest with only 94 more to go. No excuses this one was very "real" for me. The pull-ups took as long as the rest of the workout. Looking forward to improving my time on this one. Rx'd 32:50
