First day in a week I could sit up out of bed! I'm hoping to get back in the gym this week, but will be keeping it light.

Get ready to overhead squat 6 and 7 o clock crews! Oh and if anybody wants to come at 7 there will be a special incentive!

I was on my back for a good 5 minutes after this one. Burpees are never fun, and OHS wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't after a row. I was just happy to get under 10 minutes on this one.

I GOT MY FIRST PULL UPS TODAY!!!!!! :) I managed to do 2 in a row!!!!! :) Can you tell I'm really excited?!?!

Oh yea, and i did:
25 - 35 - 40
WOD: 12:32 (25 lbs though...i probably could've done heavier. i always say that. i should just start adding 5 lbs to whatever i think i can do)

Thanks Dom and right back at ya!!

I've said it before and I'll say it again--it's going to be hard for me when my garage is just a garage. I am very fortunate to have such a great group of people be a part of my family's life. Our CrossFit Community is top notch. You are all such great role models for my kids and bring nothing but positive energy when you come to our home. Thank you for all that you do!!
We love what we do because of all of you!!

And Dom,we will help you get as strong and scary as possible so you can beat up all the young guys who will want to go near your daughter!!

This one was a killer tonight. I would say OHS are my least favorite movement and my weakest. I managed

65(5), 85(5) and 105(2)

And I finished the WOD with 15:26.

Row no problem, and burpees no problem. Sqauts slow as a turtle.

OHS was a new movement for me. It seems to suit me. Felt very comfy under the bar. My first go at Burpees for more than ten reps. Did not like it at all. And rowing is just an easy way for the trainers to wipe the floor with us. Thank you...

75-85-95(will go heavier next time)

Don't know if you could call what I did a "burpee" - more like a droopee or a snoozee. I had no legs after the lift. 65-75-85 OHS; 12:30 w/55

I posted a time on the metcon last night as my first workout since pulling muscles in my back. I opted to take the 3 sets of OHS from the rack and tried not to overdo it on the row. Kept a steady pace ending up with 7:39.
The second round was a little reminder of what it feels like to be uncomfortable!
Back felt good during, but a bit sore and tight today.
