Very unkind workout after yesterday's WOD. My neck is cranked, and my back isn't happy today, and wouldn't let me do back extensions. Sitting this one out.

Good workout today. I ran step and hit the heavy bag for 3 rounds (3 on steps and 3 on the bag). That was solid, then finished with 3 minutes of shadow boxing to work some speed. That's I can kind of punch fast, I know I'm slow with everything else.

Then I stretched for about 10 minutes, cause you know the back is a bit tight from yesterday's WOD. Then did the WOD for today.

Finished with 12:15. The burpess were kind of slow I must say but I was a bit spent from the bag. Back extensions were no problem, although I did them on the stability ball with my feet anchored under a bench, good ROM.

The hollow rocks, not totally sure I got them correct. I went to the main site to verify what they were and I'm pretty sure I did them right. Definitely a tough movement.

I love the body weight stuff, as Nick saw last night with the pistols.
