Is it me or have the wods been getting increasingly scary. Not that they were ever easy, but they seem longer, heavier, & with more stuff. Not complaining.
Crossfit is not only physically challenging but mentally challenging as well. In my experience, breaking down mental barriers will not only build confidence but your strength will grow tremendously. I love it! Get some......
To be honest, my wind has taken a step backwards. I really need these kinds of workouts to help me get that wind back. Keep 'em coming. I hear Saturday's WOD is going to suck, I will try to be there Saturday.
Finished 27 minutes on this one, but I definitely feel like I could have pushed a little harder. Thanks to Stacy for pushing me, helping me finish that last round unbroken.
So much to say about this WOD tonight, really I could seriously write multiple paragraphs, buuuttttt, since no one wants that, I'm just gonna throw out some random thoughts and quotes:
"Can I work out with you guys?" -Mark
"Hey, don't diss my sponsors wife!" - Eric (Ball rolls away about 10-15 ft.) "F@#K! WHAT THE $#!T!!" - Me "Oh my God, Mark just did 50 KB Swings unbroken" - Me thinking
"Oh my God, Mark is on 10 and I'm finishing 30, I'm never gonna finish!" - Me thinking
"COME ON, LET'S GO, PICK IT UP, GREAT JOB, KEEP GOING, GET UP THERE, LET'S GO!!!!" - Stacy
I was hoping for some girl power at 6 but no one showed up but me. Had a great time with the guys though. Oh wait, Stacey you count too. I finished at 24:07 with some mods (had to use the girlie 15lb KB and 6lb ball plus the smaller tire - thanks Mark!). I think I can definitely go higher on the weights, maybe next time. Hated the box jumps but held on. My MO today is the non-stop KB swings each round. Seriously this work out tests your breathing skills. I must say Crossfit has helped a lot in my endurance plus my running 3x a wk contributed too. Thanks for the push Stacey!

I RX'd ... my time was 33:25 (I think) and Mark was capping the WOD at 35 mins.
Found out later that this was something Stacy put together ... I officially dislike her !!!

Okay, I felt like crap after todays workout and now I really feel like crap since everyone blew me away. Took me 40 min and something.
