Cruised through the Thrusters and Pullups, both were quicker than I thought.
The tough part about this workout is the Pullups. You run 400, then hit the 25 pullups, which is a nice cardio set, then back to another 400m run. That 400m run after the pullups got me, and the wheels came off after that.
The 25 cleans took a lot longer than I thought, mostly my wind. And that last 400m run was like running through mud.
At the end though, AWESOME WORKOUT! I love these kinds of workouts, the ones where you have a good bit left, and you just think to yourself "holy sh*t this sucks".
Good luck, it's down the shore for Irish weekend where I look to give my liver a nice crossfit workout.

Well I called it this morning when I saw the WOD. As I was suffering thru the thrusters my mind could only repeat one thing, "I hate thrusters, thrusters suck!".
So I Rx'd this one, 115 lbs thrusters. Those bad boys were rough. I think I made it to 10 and was wasted, but I pushed on. The pull ups not to bad. I broke them up in 10, 8, 7, felt pretty good with them. Nick I worked the kip better after the corrects you went over with me the other night. Definitely made a difference, thanks!
The power cleans, they were surprisingly not to bad. I moved thru them pretty well, they were still tough but not as tough as I thought. Same with the running. All but the last 400 m was not to bad. But that last one was horrible.
So after all that I finished with 22:24. Not bad considering I used 115 lbs for the thrusters.
