Today's WOD wasn't so bad. I only did one set of HSPU's for 10 reps. As for the WOD 6:45ish with 115lbs PC. Also started working on my pull ups for Jackie in November. She's almost a month away, and I can't wait for her.
8:05 135lbs. Could have gone a faster, but I bailed every time my form felt off, which by the 5th round was every rep. That's enough weight to screw yourself up with.
Well done today by the EHT crew!! Power Cleans are becoming second nature to you guys - proud of all of you! Jill - you made a complete 180 with your form - great work!!
did it Thurs morning, RX'd w/ring push ups... 7:49 I could have really pushed myself but I really wanted to take it easy today (yea right) I thought my heart would explode! Thanks Mark, your the man!

95lbs. Lowered the weight, upped the intensity. Did all five rounds unbroken. 7:34.

whats the deal with the HSPUs? do we have to complete a specific numbers of reps?
Malecki - HSPUs = 3-3-3-3-3 w/ appropriate rest in between.
If you're unable to do a HSPU - work on form and technique using a plyo-box and handstand holds.
