everybody must be hurting from the run last night, this site is quiet. Mark I will be at EHT @ 4:30 to workout with you, I'm sure you haven't worked out in awhile

I definitely couldn't even walk around my house after the WOD yesterday...

E, Nick's down in EHT today...and he's nursing a bad wheel...

Whole milk is amazing, truly....

Sean, my legs are tight from yesterday and I scaled it...great workout though...went with strict ring dips too to work on them...fun stuff!

You scaled it? I had a fever and couldn't breathe & I still did it the best I could ... not very inspiring "coach" !!!

Damn Chris I am healthy and we did the same weight and you still finished the WOD 45 seconds better than me.

I guess Chris doesn't understand that to get the most out of a workout, doesn't necessarily mean you have to do it as Rx'd...as I'm sure he would agree after his down/up the ladder ring dip/box jump WOD..

Welcome back Mark!! CrossFit WOD's missed you...and now they're afraid, very afraid..

I'll take care you of you E...lol

whole milk this....
