The ground will be shaking...

Kettlebell Swings 1.5/1 pood
With a continuously running clock, do 1 Kettlebell Swing the first minute, 2 Kettlebell swings the second minute and so on until you reach your maximum amount of reps.

then...
Bottom to Bottom Tabata
8 rounds--20 seconds of squats followed by 10 seconds of rest. The rest will be held at the bottom of the squat.

I agree.. I think it will be bad... think about it... resting 10 seconds at the bottom of your squat?! That doesn't sound like a rest to me! Glad I can't make it today. Have fun!!! :)

I started using a new training tool today. I'm using my boxing mouth piece when I train to make the lungs work harder. It's a double mouth piece, top and bottom, and has a little air hole to breath from. I've used this in the past and it makes a pretty big difference.

So I didn't quit make the number I was looking for on the KB's. I hit 16 rds + 12. Did great up until round 15 then I was gassed.

And the Tabata Squats I once again went ape sh*t on the first couple of rounds which killed me at the end. So I had a whopping 6 for my score.

Either way my legs are wrecked. They were still toast from last Friday's WOD, so tomorrow I'll be making car stops with a funny walk. People are going to think I have a load in my pants.

19 rds + 17 on 1.5 pooder - really got hard around 17 and 18 minutes

8 on tabata - can't say that I rested at the bottom on all 8 rounds, at one point I thought Nick was going to jump on my back just to keep me down for those 10 seconds.
