This is a good one. But I'm sure the burpees will smack me in the face. We'll see what happens, I'll be training again late tonight. I have to drive up to East Brunswick and drop the kids off a grandmas for a few days. The house will be so quite.

The burpee is such a silent killer. It doesnt look hard, and the first bunch aint bad at all, but then it gets terrible fast and stays terrible.

today's burpees sucked terribly since we had all of those ring dips before, killed the shoulders

Thanks for helping me get through the workout. You may not think you helped but normally I would have gone home after that 15th burpee. It felt good to let loose and let it all out...no pun intended. I probably won't be able to move tomorrow but that's OK...see you Friday

Well just finished up with the WOD. These late night training sessions are kind of nice. MOst of you guys are fast asleep I bet.

So I banged out 20 HSPU's pretty well considering I need to work on them a lot.

And the ring dips / burpees were a bit rough I must say. Those damn burpees really sneak up on you. You think you running good and you hit that magic number, whatever it is, and bam everything just slows down. Gotta love those burpees. And those ring dips were good unti I hit #11, after that it was like death. I would say these really slowed me down quit a bit.

Killer workout. Was very nervous going into this workout, ring dips are my weakness. Pushed through it with a time of 12:34 (I think). Boy do I feel it today. Feels great to be making such progress.

Got smacked on the leg with the strap while doing the ring dips. I guess that's what happens when you combine sweaty hands with sweaty legs. Got a bruised leg today.
Yay, burpees! Weird as it sounds, but I love them. Awesome cardio!
