5 rounds of:
3 minutes on/ 1 minute rest
3 power cleans 135/95
6 pushups
9 air squats
Perform as many rounds as possible in 3 minutes of the movements listed above, followed by 1 minute of rest...rinse and repeat for 5 rounds.
Anyone interested in voting for Saturday's WOD? Maybe something that hasn't come up recently that you've really wanted to take a crack at? Or maybe a workout you've come up with in your own crazy CrossFit mind? Let us know! We'll be picking one lucky winners WOD to do this Saturday! I think I rested 8 minutes between rounds...
I wont be here, so i guess i dont get a vote, but Barbara sounds terrible. Good terrible. Hey Mark, you never responded to my zone/angus burger meal question.
Then again, there's always the filthy fifty. Just sayin.
so i def think that the 7 o clock crowd is neglected :(
Barbara looks pretty rough. I would say that is a good way to end the week.

The night Mark and Nick did Barbara I tried to encourage my husband to finish he cursed at me so I turned around, went inside and left it up to Nick to get him to finish, it was NOT pretty. One of the many memorable nights from when we first started!

Work is pissin' me off recently. I've missed a handful of workouts this month because of it.
I'm shooting for Wednesday at 4 and Saturday. I figure there should be something fun on Saturday.
Oh, and my vote for Saturday is the Filthy Fifty, but I know you all did that recently. That NEQ workout would be awesome too.

Adam is awful..Mark and I only did two rounds because people started showing up early to a session..and we were glad to see that they did!!
Chris - you have no idea what that wod will do to you..i would do the filthy any day of the week before Adam..
Not much of a blooger (more a text guy) but here goes. Last nights WOD was AWESOME. I hurt my shoulder bodysurfing and took off all last week. I rocked "The Chief" --- 3rd+2, 3rd+2, 3rd+3, 3rd+3 and 3rd+3. I used a light weight on the cleans so I wouldn't hurt the shoulder. It went great!!! I am inspired because I watched "every Second Counts"!!!! No more clowning around for me. I need to stay focused and get ready for the "Games". LOL...if onlt they had age brackets....
PS. I am really enjoying my new Success Journal....
Joe - They may have a 'silver' bracket for the games this coming year...so be careful what you wish for..
