Sumo Deadlift High Pulls 95/65
Knees to Elbows
Burpees

Finish all the exercises with 10 reps, then 9 reps, etc until 1.

Ok, so not the greatest effort/time outta me today ... I couldn't maintain my grip on the K2E's due to the fact that Im a DEGO and sweat uncontrollably !!!

After a great workout on Monday and Wednesday I discovered a side effect of CF---Insomnia. I am so stoked after the WOD that I can't get to sleep even4-5 hours after my workout :-) It's all good...
I was "Punk'd" 3 times this week---
Nick got me with his description of "silver"--anyone older than him,Brett got me with his announcement on WED. that YooHoo is not a good post workout drink and today Jeff and Ryan are sitting at his desk discussing his "Success Journal" and I am still looking for mine.LOL

Banged out the WOD today for a whoopping 18:19 time. I took 3 days off since Mondays WOD and today killed me to. I think my old age is finally kicking me in the ass.

Chris I'd be pretty happy if that 16:55 was my time. I was trying for 15 minutes but once I hit round 6 I was pretty much wasted. I finished up the burpees unbroken throughout though. And I also Rx'd, so that's good.

yay i got a muscle up!!!!...finally and i did it before school..you know i like to cut it close..leave on sunday...it was a goal i made at the beginning of the summer and i finally got it im ecstatic!!!!
