"mop my floors" take mop, put in bucket of mop and glow and water, deadlift it out, and proceed to clean 2500 square feet of dirty rubber...time, 185 minutes...
the place looks bad ass! just gotta put some finishing touches in and set equipment up! it was so worth being there till 1am!
We're starting to set people up for Monday...can't wait!
Ya I was hoping to get in there on Wednesday next week. Is that good to go?????
I have a couple of guys at the PD I've been talking to that I think may stop in. I'll let them know next week they can call for an intro.
I finished up the WOD tonight and felt pretty good. I worked on my double unders as stated. I could only get 10 unbroken so I did 5 rds of that.
Then I did Helen and finished with 15:15. Kind of slow. I lost time on the run and the dips. The dips I need to work on more ROM. It's not quit all the way down yet. I tend to baby the shoulders a bit. And I have to work my running.
I finished with a little something extra to help the running. I did 5 rds of 100m sprints. My best time on that was 39 seconds. I feel like I could get to 30 maybe a little under with so work. We'll see. Either way my legs are wasted. I'm definitely going to be sore tomorrow.
