Damn Brett! I don't even want to put my time up there now. I'll just say my legs are shot as is my lower back. I substituted SDHP for the row as I don't have a rower at the house.

Those SDHP's I just can't get away from. I made an attempt at using more hip pop for them, but I'm positive if you saw me you would have said, "You need to go faster, your just so slow".

It's all good though, as long as I'm wrecked I'm happy and making progress. Maybe Wednesday I'll get lucky and there won't be any SDHP's to worry about.

Oh, I also did 4 sets of 5 HSPU's. The first set was the actual HSPU and the other 3 were modified. I need to work on these.

Hey just out of curiosity, what kind of time would be not to bad for a 1000m row. I have never really used the rower. Every time a WOD has a row I end up doing the SDHP's.

Just curious so I know what to shot for. Eric maybe you can throw that out for me. Your old according to Joe, but not as old as me, HAHA!
