In researching this whole paleo thing, I was wondering if anyone knew what kind of protein blend cavemen used to supplement their diet: Whey, Casein, Egg, perhaps a blend?
Well thats an easy one. Cave men just drove to the local GNC and bought some marked up name brand whey protein. You've got to remember this was before the internet got big and they could just go to bodybuilding.com and have it shipped next day via UPS.
I thought they used Fedex?
There was no Fedex during the paleolithic age. Everybody knows that.

I finished with 24:50. I was dragging ass tonight. Probably still tired from yesterdays craziness. I only used 65lbs for the weight too because the form is an issue still. I was planning on coming down tonight because I know I need work on anything that involves the Olympic lifts. I'm hoping Monday I can get there, we'll see I haven't down there since 6/24. What the hell. Good thing I have a gym in the basement.
