I did NOT Rx this one. I rowed, plus I could not for the life of me get the C2Bs down today, I touched maybe 7 of the 40. Not exactly sure why, I did decent(but slow) last time.

Looks like a good WOD happened today. Just finished up the first day down here, did the tabata squats, bottom to bottom of course, and ended up with 11. Then happily, did fran at the end of the day. 5:28. Not the best time in the world of fran, but a 1:05 PR for me after a long day is fine by me. See you guys monday!
