Improvising today due to my shoulder and knee issues...

I didn't even track time on this one, just went on feel. My first row was above 2:00 as I felt out my shoulder. My last row was below 1:52 as I started to push myself. Now, I'm just going to monitor how things feel.

By the way, this really sucks.

Can't believe how long it's taking for the WOD to be posted. I mean I know Mark's not really doing anything constructive as we just spent the past 30 mins chatting on Facebook ... get it together brother !!! HA HA !!!

Today I did one of the WOD from MArch "Helen-ish". Figured I stick with the whole running thing.

400 m run
21 K2E (no swing)
12 SDHP 95lbs

Finished in 19:05. Felt kind of tired today. Haven't been getting enough sleep this week, kids keep waking up around 3:30 every night. Gotta do something about that.
