Thruster - full depth squat and a full lock overhead. A full lock overhead requires that the ear is visible in front of a fully locked arm.
Push ups - chest to the ground.
K2E - Top -back parallel to ground and knees must make contact with elbows for rep to count. Bottom -Full arm, hip and leg extension.
