We have our mind set..

"Pick Your Poison"

Using the following exercises, you must complete the reps in the order  - 400m Run, 100, 80, 60, etc..
Match up the exercise with a rep amount and get some!
Exercises:
1) Air squat
2) Sit-ups
3) Push-ups
4) Pull-ups
5) Deadlifts 135/95lbs

For example:
400m Run
100 Deadlifts
80 Pull Ups
60 Push Ups
40 Sit Ups
20 Squats
400m run

you have to choose:

1) Air squat

5) 135 Deadlifts

Pick one exercise for each number

For instance I picked 100 Squats, 80 Sit-ups, 60 push-ups, 40 Deads, and 20 Pull-ups.

I like you choices I think I'll go with that. I'm sure I'll have a longer time though, maybe 24:00 ... not.

Sub'd 400m Row for the run.

Time: 17:40.

I chose pushups first, I always like to work on those, even though it slowed me down a little bit. If I were doing this purely for time, I would have done it different. Fun little workout, I liked it. The last 400m Row sucked, really really really hard. I was totally spent, every pull was horrible.

I can't believe Mike did 100 DLs, crazy SOB.

100 Pushups
80 Squats
60 Situps
40 Dead Lifts 135lb
20 Pullups

So I finished this one and totally died at the end. I substitued running for running up the stairs in the basement. There was wicked rain out there, I'll pass on that. I did 2 minutes (start and finish) of stairs with 20lbs.

The the following for the other stuff:
100 Squats (20 lbs)

80 Sit-ups (no problems, almost easy)

60 push-ups (I suck at these for some reason, I need to work them more. I used to be able to 85 in a minute, what the hell happen?)

40 Deads (not as bad as I thought)

20 Pull-ups (20lbs)(this is where I lost most of my time, I seriously need to work these)

Like I said I totally died at the end of this. Final time 30:18 WTF
