Theres a good post on Robb Wolf's blog from yesterday on food quality. With a lot of us coming off a weekend full of "cheating," now's as good a time as any to get on board with Paleo foods and the Zone! If you felt shitty sunday morning that should be reason enough to get dialed back in, or to get started. Cheating is fun and keeps you from going insane, but the next day usually hurts. These after effects are reason enough to get back to eating quality foods.

So I did not get to see the WOD today for my training so I did the WOD from yesterday on the main site.

5 Rounds - 75lb Thrusters 21 reps / 21 double unders

I was only able to complete 3 rounds due to running late for work so I'll have to do it again for the whole 5 to see how I do. But I finished with a time of 16:08.

I have to say the thruster were rough, 3 sets of 21. And of course the double under killed me too. Oh well still a work in progess.

"Heavy Snatch Balance" did a number on my neck today! I will def. have a bruise tomorrow. Props to Andrea on her 20 pull-ups today. I guess getting all liquored up sat. night got you all ready to go! I think we should all hang out more often! Ha!

Forgot to thank everyone on Sat that helped push my boy Dom, I am real proud of this guy! He has changed everything about himself and I couldn't be happier for him. We're not the type to share our feelings with people (yea like we have them) but for someone who has been coming for a while, last Sat will be remembered for some time. There's something about having 15 people who love the same thing and are working for the same goal ... fitness. We couldn't ask for a better place then OTG, OK Mark I'm done with that crap, on to the next workout!

I'm with Nikki G. As many times as Nick tells us not to drop the bar on our necks...thats exactly what I do! Congrats again Andrea! Congrats to Dom as well. Murph is an enormous gut check..you did an amazing job! Keep pushing!

I am a little upset I had to leave early saturday - sounds like it got really good, well, that just means we all have to do it again! I was still recovering yesterday, so hopefully I can make it today - I hope there is room for me to row.
