wow. 155 PJ? wtf lol
Come on Joe, just know while your doing this one that I have to come in and do the same weight as you, ie: "the Joe O. Rule," should provide some motivation right?

Yeah man. Let's kill it. I'll do the 155 to push ya so you have to ha
Wow...this should be fun!
155lb should make it interesting...
I like the use of the factorial symbol..lol! And using the same bar does seem very diffucult today...Ahh!
The what symbol? This blog is starting to get way to "brainy" for someone of my limited intelligence ...
Mark-panda tonight. ha
Have to get as much math in as I can these days.
It's not quite a factorial (because of the multiplication) - but I thought it would fit given the 'rep scheme' (that was for you Andrea).
Panda this..
Panda this nick (sharpening the forearm)
You've been paying attention grasshopper...very good..lol..now for your next lesson..
This looks like fun, but I am out. My knee filled up with fluid yesterday, I have an ortho scheduled for Friday. I hope, hope, hope I will make it Friday and Saturday this week. Crossing my fingers the fluid goes down and I can test it tomorrow.
I am thinking about 100 strict pullups or something ridiculous like that for today. It is very hard to get a good cardio workout without using your legs.
I am REAL curious to see the times on this one.
This is the warm up right? Still waiting for the WOD!
WOW, STRONG WORDS FROM MY "SPONSOR!" Any who, I am unfortunately out for this one as well, woke up and looked in the mirror this morning and decided that I am about as handsome and physically fit as I'm gonna get, so I'm gonna hit the bars tonight and enjoy my new found good looks and physique and allow the ladies to enjoy it as well....
Uh, actually I'm going to my friends house to meet his new born son.....wouldn't that be some s#!t if I really thought that other non sense though...man I'm a douche...

100 Strict Pullups with a twist. Every time my feet touched the ground, I did 10 abmat situps.
That was fun. 28 breaks, 280 situps, and 27:44 seconds later, I was done. Started off with a 9 then some 4s, and it was 3s the rest of the way. Strict pullups suck.
Ok so I finished this one up just before I went to work today. No Rx today. I used 115 lbs, I think maybe a bit to heavy but it tested me so I guess that was good.
I finished with 11:28, way longer then I expected. I had a real hard time transistioning from the front squat to the push jerk.
Plus the wrist flexibility is apparently no good because after the second set they were totally killing me. I was pretty disappointed with my work on this one. I feel like I was able to do the weight good, it's just my wrists and that transistion that killed the time.
I have to say I wish I was at OTG for this one. The Olympic lifts are definitely my down fall. It would have been nice to have someone telling me what the hell I was doing wrong.
Hey Paul nice way to improvise. I like it!!

To say this WOD is 'deceiving' is an understatement.
Exactly. Well put. Don't let your ego get in the way like I did.
7:14 as rx'd
I knew 6-7 minutes was the range I would be shooting for...if only I didn't miss that last push jerk.
I think Mark told me the first round took 58 seconds...
So 5 minutes is very doable.
Huh, so B my time of 11:28 wasn't to bad then I guess. Of course I used 115lbs for the weight. Interesting, very interesting.
Yo Nick that would be a huge understandment. I initially though, oh I can do that in like 6 minute. WRONG! It beat me down no doubt.
That's the problem with just about any WOD Nick puts together, the hard ones are obvious, the "easy" ones are never easy. I never underestimate a workout anymore.
I couldn't find Mark during our workout, we really needed the floor cleaned.
