Wall Ball-hip crease is below the knee at the bottom, full hip extension and hit the target.

Time..13:20 happy about my time but definately kicked my butt!! Never felt so sick when I finished a wod as I did today!! The sick part is that I'm excited for tomorrow! HA

Ok so I did this one last night and it's confirmed. I hate wall balls, I hate running, and I'm going throw pull ups in there too! They all suck! This thing took me forever t finish. 25:28 WTF

I see Andrea had a time of half mine. I wonder what some of the other guy/gals got? Is mine really that slow?

I hope I do better tonight.
