Give me a lake to dive into...

"Push/Jump/Row"
7 rounds

10 Push Ups
10 Box Jumps
200m Row

Done in 2's or 3's:
One person goes through the round and rests while the other person(people) finish(es) their round, once everyone's finished  - that's a round.

Post time to comments.

OPT in this comment on his blog has me second guessing that Taylors burger.

"gents/gals...sidenote...just because it is "off season" for some folks does NOT mean you can start eating like shit...or even eating "well" or "healthy" 80% of the time...believe me...you will become "normal" in no time with that approach...eating well is either 100% or 99%...that is for longevity AND performance...
your goal now is to see how well you can get things to over the next year...it starts NOW"

Yeah B I was wondering the same thing about the Games. OPT didn't qualify or win the last chance video, there must be a little fine print writing to get the champ in ha hopefully he is in though. On a side note, that guy who won our qualifiers who looked my age, is 22. So I no longer feel as bad ha

Yo E. You're my partner brother!

Nice WOD for my bum knee (no squats). See you guys at 4.

So let me get this straight. If we have 4 teams going at the same time, and one team is last to finish, all other teams have to wait for that last team to finish before starting the next round? If so, can we throw shit at them to speed them along?

I may just eat those words, not sure how my knee will hold up.

One round is complete once everyone in *your team* is complete.

Paul, say you and me are a team. We're only worried about ourselves in terms of starting the next round. The other teams don't factor into whether or not we can begin our next round. I go through do the 10/10/200m then when I'm done, you hit it, 10/10/200. Then i go, etc.

I'll have to do this on when I get come from work tonight. It should be nice working out at 12am huh. I spent the morning writing a paper for a class I have no interest in. What me stuck on a late call and mess up my plan.

Thanks Joe, B, I misread that.

Somehow I missed the top part of yesterdays blog where it mentioned that we are doing Murph Sat. I'm already sick to my stomach over it. For whoever hasn't tried this epic workout...it worth showing up. Mentally and physically you will learn just how far you can push yourself. Also, for those of you who don't know the story behind Murph...you can get the book Lone Survivor. It's pretty amazing!

The Murph was one of my more memorable workouts. It was the last workout I did in my first month of Crossfit. I did the "mini-Murph", 10 rounds of Cindy instead of 20, but the fact I finished gave me so much encouragement and confidence in myself. I was like "holy sh*t, look what I just did."

I am going to test my knee and see how it responds tomorrow morning. I really want to try and make it.
