Each section is counted as a round. 6 FRSQ & 100m would be considered a round, then you do the 6 Burpees & 100m for your second round, etc...

After a short absence from the OTG, I return to running AND burpees......yippee....

...also, I thought Mark and Nick could only post pics cause of their status but now I see Joe O. doin it so spill the beans Joey, how I do's that yo!

HEy I finished with 8 rounds total. Right on the money with 8 & 95 lbs FRSQ. And I had to run up and down the stairs to go from the basement to the bike trail. Of course I stayed out there for the burpess though. Good workout, I like, I like it a lot.
