Rest Day

A Community WOD on Saturday June 6th at 9am!!
All are welcome regardless of membership package.
We are honoring a fallen soldier "Murph."

I guess I need to read it. I took 3 mortin when I got home, mainly because I couldn't life my arm. Normally, I never take a thing, but I wanted to keep the swelling down. Not so bad so far today. That or since my whole body is sore the arm doesn't seem that bad:-)

Bing sore makes me feel alive and that I did something to get this way, why mask that.

Dood, you're killing me. I have been pining for the Murph for 6 months, and now that I get it, I have a bad knee.

I will be rowing that Murph on Saturday, two 1500m rows will be an interesting twist.

I'll be there Saturday nite, thinking about getting a ride in and taxi-ing it home if anyone wants to split. I live by 47 and 41 just off of 55 exit 56.

Gotta agree with my "sponsor" on this one, reminds me of the old saying, "pain is weakness leaving the body."
Love that I have trouble walking up the stairs to the locker room at work the next day to get changed, and then proceed to limp around my work area or the hallways.
Or when my kid jumps up and down on my thighs and I begin to cry like a little girl who just lost her pony, and he laughs in my face at the enjoyment of my pain!!

Theres a crossfit picture out there I always see pop up on dot com, but now that I want to find it I can't seem to...

Its an imprint of someone's back & the crossfit logo from their tshirt reversed on the flooring.

I have the same feeling as Eric. I like the soreness. Bring it on, it makes me know I've done something. If I'm not sore the next day I did not work hard enough. Example my traps are killing me today from yesterdays WOD. But I like it.

I might be able to get there Sat. It all depends on the boss. Cross you fingers I am.

You guys are all nuts. Being sore sucks, but I'll accept it and deal with it.

As for saturday....I don't plan on drinking, but I DO plan on crushing a Taylors cheese burger, lots of fried onions, bacon. Mark, I know you can get behind this!

I'm in B! I'm officially dialing back in on Monday! I don't think I'm drinking either...does a mimosa count as drinking????

Watched Every Second Counts last night...not bad. But it made me realize how over-the-top OTG's facilities are gonna be! dirt floors are back in!
