"Please, think of the kittens."
Yes, it is a perfect shirt man. Who cares about sizes we can make our own!

Dragged a little in the middle of this one. Finished pretty strong, but I think I left a little in the tank. My SDHP form was good, maybe I got caught up looking at myself in the mirror? I wish Nick was there yelling at me today.
All box jumps and pushups were unbroken. Broke 3 - 4 SDHP.
18 rounds.
The fun part of this workout was after it was over. Nothing like hopping in the shower at the gym with your shins ripped up and open blisters on your hands. The blisters I knew about, I forgot about the shins. After recovering from the blister pain for 1 second, the second jolt caught me by surprise when the water finally got down to the shins. I winced, then laughed out loud; thankfully, noone else was in the shower at that time.
I missed last nights workout so I punished myself and did a double workout today. That's right I did yesterdays WOD and today's. There was about a 10 minute break in between each.
So I started with the Thrusters/Burpees. I went with 95lbs though. I tried to use the 135 but I never would have finished, just not that strong yet, key word is yet. So I did that and finished in 13:55. The first set was fine but everything after that killed me. Thrusters suck!
10 minute break with stretching.
Then I did today's WOD, Push/Pull/Jump, again I modified the box jump by using my steps. Seemed to work OK. I also used 95lbs for the SDHP. I finished with 9rds +7 push ups. I figure not to bad considering I did the other one first. Needless to say I was totally spent after that. I'm definitely going to be sore tomorrow.
And tomorrow I'll be coming down for the second time at the gym since 4/13. I wonder how I'll do.
Jim
Sounds like fun Paul..lol.
Solid # of rounds finished too.
Wow, Jim - a back to backer and then coming to OTG the next day?!! I like you already!
What time were you thinking Jim?
Well done to the AMRAPers today..it was a grinder..
Yeah 95# sumo-deads first time, was the drainer. BJs were unbroken the whole workout, push-ups unbroken for 90% of the time, SDHPs were draining. What fun is in store for tomorrow?!
Please...think of the kittens
Hey Nick I'm thinking 6 or 7. The earlier the better. Although I have to say I'malready sore from today. Guess I'll have to work thru it right. Ahhh Ya!! See tomorrow.
