Deadlifts - Weight must touch the ground at the bottom.  Shoulders behind the hips at the top. 
Ring Dips - Shoulder below the elbow at the bottom and elbow locked out at the top.

I was kind of going for something that does not include my legs, hips, back, arms and shoulders. I feel like I've been hit by a truck...bring it.

RX'd, 11:24. Never did ring dips in a workout. Never did 225lb Dead Lifts for reps. Crossfit continues to amaze me, I can do some crazy sh*t nowadays. Thanks OTG.

10:22 rx'd, tried to get out of that comfort zone but the mind just wants the body to stop. Going face to face with Nick was GREAT!!!!!!
