Post time to comments. (or completed rounds and reps)
There was a 15 min time limit on this one, but we're extending it to 20 min.
Power Cleans - Bar moves from ground to shoulder finishing with elbows in front of bar at the top rack position and hips and legs at full extension.
Pull Ups - Chest to Bar - From a fully locked out arm position to chest to bar. Chest must hit the bar in order for the rep to count.
KB Swings - At the top of the swing, your ear must be visible from the side in order for the rep to count.

I stink at C2B pullups, pullups in general are my weakest movement. Here's a chance for me to work on them, let's hope the skin holds up.
"Embrace the suck"...still my favorite phrase.
Well, this certainly looks like fun !!!
I just did this one on Sunday and it was horrible. I finished with 26 plus minutes and I only used 115.
I was planing on coming down tonight well see how I do knowing I have someone pushing me on. :(
Jim
Looks like fun, I have been lokoking forward to this one since Sunday, after watching the studs of OTG, I am aiming just to keep up.
Nick, any reason why the middle of my back is sore, did Joe kick me back there when I wasn't looking!
You know I can't go a day without busting the chops of my OTG "son."
Listen dad, if my foot connected with the lower back, you would still be down, I do kick footballs for a living haha great time on the row man, 7:28 is a great time, get some today man, i expect a finish
Thanks Nick for letting us know our workout early - my stomach has been nervous/upset all day :/
ummmm....yeah soooooo...this is gonna suck.

rember dom the otg head is for number 1 only. so make sure you go at home.
So I got to round 4 in 20 minutes, which meant I was probably at the end of round 7 at the "real" 15 minute limit. This sucked, I think I left a little in the tank to boot, this one got in my head.
There was some good, I went RX. Never did 155lb power cleans (I am actually very new to cleans in general), never did CTB pullups, I did every rep RX'd.
I hear ya Paul, I also never did CTB Pull Up's, at friggin Round 9 I was already doing one at a time, "chipping away." Got to Round 6 plus 12 ( 6 cleans + 6 pull ups.) Not that I didn't before, but my respect for our guys who completed this in 15 minutes just went WAAAYYYY UP!
P.S. - to those at the 6 o'clock show, I'm sorry for taking my shirt off...but I was hot and sticky...so saw-we.

It's tough aint it Dom, it really messes with your head. I at least know what to expect next time, I know I could have went a count faster on the cleans. The CTBs I did just about as well as I could. I rule on the KBs.
Glad I wasn't there to see the 6 o'clock show ;)
So I did this one again but with some instruction from Mark this time around. Made a difference I must say. I was flopping the weight around at the house on Monday, but today I fell like I have a better idea of what a clean is.
I went a little light for the cleans (95lbs) tried to work form on this one. And I only did the COB for the pull ups. But the KB's I did well. So I made it to round 5 completing 5 + 5 + 3. This definitely screws with you, but I like it.
Now here is my only excuse. I kept slipping off the pull up bar. I think someone greased it up. I think I could have gotten done with round 4 if I could have stayed on the bar.
DAMN BAR!
Sounds like you used the same bar as dom, he did have his shirt off.
