Results Based Fitness
Gonna hit the mainsite wod today and work on some snatch technique too. i'll post the time later, anyone else doing this one?
I'm home today, gonna do Situp Central a little later.I've never done Snatches before, I'll wait till I can try them out at OTG.Good luck!
no situps for me this week anymore. got the old ass berry from basics monday, didnt realize it til the shower made me aware!
Situp Central14:58All situps unbroken, as were the squats and the lunges. I broke on the Burpees though.Nice little workout, I rather enjoyed that one.
I couldn't make this up if I tried. The guy next to me on the treadmill today was sweating off his spray tan! Why would you wear white?? Nic and Mark need to get back asap!
8:43 on elizabeth today. ring dips are a weakpoint i identified today, get back soon!
gotta say, i just watched rob orlando do 5-4-3-2-1. 250# thruser/500# deadlift, and want to go crawl in the corner in the fettle position
So what. He's a big guy. At 228lbs he better be pulling over 500.
he was a ball of muscle, but its still cool to watch a full workout of 15 250# thrusters and 500# deads
