This one kicked my arse a good bit.

My wind caught me on this one, I think the gotcha was the number of sets. There are a lot of breaks and I felt like the stop-and-go effect added up towards the end. There are at least 40 breaks here, and with my pullups 45.
Sorry, one clarification, I did a 55lb dumbbell to replace the 1.5 pood kettlebell, so not exactly Rx'd. That was a first for me, so I had to be extra careful because the dumb bells travel differently through the legs than the KBs.
