Didn't like this WOD, so I did, "Go out to your truck to leave for OTG and see that you have a flat tire on your truck and now must change it to the spare so that you can go to work tomorrow" WOD. Yeah, not as fun.

Sorry I missed this one! Oh, how I love wall balls. i'm stuck in Nebraska so I did 3 rounds of 50 squats/50 push ups/50 sit ups. I'll take tomorrow off and see you on Wed (if my flight lands on time:-))!

Did 95lb push press instead of 115.

Did 15lb dumbell thrusters instead of wallball

Could have easily been in the 6's if I didn't have to run back and forth to the box jump. But that was ok, I actually did run back and forth so it kept the workout humming.
