Happy Easter:-) I wished I did that workout yesterday. Instead I did 21-15-9 20lb dumbell thrusters, burpees and pull ups. I ran a 5K this morning. Did pretty good considering wind and hills! See you guys on Wed!
At Easter Dinner at parents, on the computer...on crossfit.com...watching videos...ignoring family....gettting yelled at by wife...(sigh)
