Are you ready to do anything that's thrown at you? If you CrossFit, then the answer is a resounding, YES! We prepare you for the unkown and the unknowable. Keeping it constantly varied allows us(CrossFitters) the ability to tackle any challenge that may arise throughout the day, whether it be physical or mental.

The females only had 5 compete Rx'd and in the allotted time given...WOW!

After the 2nd workout all 5 were almost dead even. The sand dune run was the equalizer and there was only 17 seconds that separated 2nd and 3rd place!

Interestingly enough the overall men's qualifier also finished first in each individual event.

Here's a post with some pics from the weekend:

Yo Nick, you I'm officially putting in my request for Wed.. Fran baby!!

I think I learned today what Nick meant by arse-berry with all these situps. I am going to try the hardwood tomorrow, why doesn't that sound like a comfortable alternative?

Paul,
Are you trying to do all the situps in one workout? If so try breaking the sets up throughout the day. That should keep you fresh for each set and you'll be able to make sure you keep your butt planted for each and every rep.

B,
I think it was over the weekend, I got stuck for time and wound up doing 120 at one shot, in jeans to boot.

Why did the ring dips hurt so much towards the end? Why?
