Complete 21 Thrusters, run, 21 Box Jumps, run, 21 Burpees, run. Then 15's and 9's the same way. Never mind the 32 degree weather - get out there and soak up some CrossFit.

Subbed 200m Row for the Run. I am officially off of the running until I can see a doctor, my calf continues to be messed up.

Time was 20:28. I could have easily knocked 2 minutes off that time, had to run all over the gym to the different stations (its a big gym).

A nice metcon to start the week. Just wished everything was closer together. I had too much in the tank after it was over.

Still in the abmat challenge after one week.

I hear there's a gym in Williamstown that has everything close together. Right off of Herbert Blvd.

Unfortunately, I need to workout someplace near Chester, PA, and there ain't nothing in Chester.

But there is hope, the boys should get their game schedule soon so I can see what my next 3 months look like. I'll keep you posted.
