Spring..?

"Chelsea"
30 min/AMRAP (one for every minute)
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Squats

Every minute on the minute complete one round. Once you cannot complete the round in the minute given, you are finished.
Goal: Make it to 30 minutes!

I feel it in my biceps already. Could also feel Chelsea while walking up the steps.

PWO meal tonight... 3oz deli turkey, baked & mashed sweet potato, and too much coconut milk. ~2 bl pro, ~3 bl carb, 8 bl fat. That was the first time I tried coconut milk. Usually I add a tiny bit of milk to the mash, or applesauce. But boy was it good....definitely have to try some coconut milk "ice cream" recipes.

10 Rounds was all I could muster here.

My pushups were actually the killer. I need better form on my pullups, sooner or later I will focus in on my kip. Right now I am working on my cleans.
