Loved the 800m ca$hout. Legs are feelin' great!
First PT appt tonight and I am thrilled and embarrassed with the diagnosis! He feels my elbow “tear” is a “papercut” and will heal easily with time and PT. Yay! Now for the embarrassing: my shoulder (and wrist) flexibility – or – LACK THERE OF – is (and I quote) “atrocious”. Yikes! Not the worse he has seen but close. Ouch! He says he'll have me standing tall and perhaps even scratching my own back in no time! LOL! Forget back scratching I want to be able to front rack while holding the bar with my fingertips!
