was a lil' worried about this one, went OK tho, did 115 for the lift, HSPU w/2 blue bands, RX on the DU, 16:10, great job 9:30!!

...... on a side note, jus wanted to put this out there, after 5 years at home w/the kids, i'm now looking for a real J.O.B, so if anyone knows anyone who might know somewhere that's hiring, i'm interested!! Thanks, my email is mcdev1965@comcast.net

12:19 75lbs. and 2 abmats. My shoulders were fatigued during the double unders, and I was not in the zone this morning... blah. great job 6:30.. i did enjoy the mixed cd!

FB: 14:50 with 2 ab mats and 135lbs. Weight was tough but was able to string together DUs better!

I can't find my energy on Mondays! May need to pick up a weekend workout.

I scaled the dus to 30 and used one abmat
and 75 lbs finished 10:45

liked the cash out- L sits for one min. 30 sec rest ab turns with a med ball for a min 30 sec rest then partner abmat throws with the med ball.

Advanced..7:37.. 3rd set legs fell apart..a lot of energy in 430 as usual..

Can't wait for Nicks class later in week for Classic Rock collection and dont forget about TOOL too..LOL
