Lift: a comfortable 145#. Not real heavy but not light.

FB: RX: 7rounds. I had a hard time finding a good pace. 12 min is a long time. I liked this one though.

Great job 9:30. Brandon hope your back feels better soon.

Lift, 155-175-185-195 @3x each, WOD: 85 Lbs, 6 rounds + 6, "Yo, can you look at my snatch?" more great times at 9:30, glad that back didn't affect your MU Brandon, feel better!

lift: 145!! super happy about that since my 1 max was 150, getting stronger!! :)

and i think this was the first wod i did totally rx'ed woo!! FB: 7rd +4

and i also ripped open for the first time! i didnt see it until after i did a 1000m row and 50 ab mat $ out haha

No lift today back is pretty messed up.
Subbed 10PUs and 20DUs for 12min but lost track lol.
Thanks Sheri hopefully it gets better and Patrick nothing can stop my muscle-up practice lol.
Might take some time off but we'll see, I can seem to stay away lol.
