Lift: a comfortable 145#. Not real heavy but not light.
FB: RX: 7rounds. I had a hard time finding a good pace. 12 min is a long time. I liked this one though.

No lift today back is pretty messed up.
Subbed 10PUs and 20DUs for 12min but lost track lol.
Thanks Sheri hopefully it gets better and Patrick nothing can stop my muscle-up practice lol.
Might take some time off but we'll see, I can seem to stay away lol.
