First time doing SQ Snatch kept it light for form- 85lbs
FB WOD- 5:12@95lbs.
Lift: 45x3, 55x3, 60x3, 65x1 (pr)
Wod: 60lb, purple/single band 4:32
I screwed up the first round and only did 6 t2b. I realized it the second round when i looked at my sheet and made them up along the way. I don't know what I was thinking. I worked night shift last night so I have an excuse! I'm in the middle of the single band and no band with the ring dips. I didn't want to burn out after the first round so used the smallest band. They felt fast though.
