loved the WOD today, kept it light at 85 Lbs, but felt good, ended up at 10:34, great job everyone, and HAPPY NEW YEAR !!!
oh, and someone accidentally swiped my rope-black w/red handles, lemme know u=if anyone finds an extra, Txs.
Been a while since I WOD (Dec 10) and it felt like I had one lung. :( Happy to WOD with CFOTG as always!!!

Last time I did this I used 45# in 9:26. Almost a 3 min PR. Chest to bars are getting better but couldn't sustain them though the workout. Happy with my improvement though! Great job everyone at the 17:30 class!
Oh, almost forgot.. Cashout was just great and consisted of everything that could make you puke. At least it was 2 rounds or I woulda def hurled. (30 sec each situps,row cals,hallow rocks, burpees)
