WOD: rx'd 20:54....took me longer than I expected. That wod was just flat out NASTY! The first round I got through pretty good, the second was brutal(legs burnt), and the third was ugly(felt puky)...lol! Those f'ing burpees always get me. It was rough, but I looovvvvvved this wod!! Great job everyone, you all killed it! Thanks Aurea for running my last 400 with me:)

Jackson's all out first workout with the 9:30 crew ( us folks over 18);, (He is soon to be 12).
He crashed on the floor in typical Crossfit fashion, I love it!!!
