5rds + 10. Used only 35lbs for FB... Bleh. Opened up after the first round of K2E. Darn humidity!! Ran sprints with Rich, Rachael, and Chelsea at the highschool after on the blacktop. Great job 9:30 williamstown. Thanks nick and jen c for your help!

ring dips slowed me down a lot but first time rx'ing them without dying at the end to the point of not even getting one.

Great to get in on a Wednesday finally!!

Today I did Advanced. The front squats killed me. And I did box dips with my feet up on some plates...also quite tough.

9 rounds + 5 squats
