Did yesterday's WOD at home this morning. Got to 8 on the HSPU ladder. Time was 15 something, but I think I ran much farther than 8-4-2. Or you all ran much shorter.

good crew this am in WTown, way to keep it movin' Joe, WOD: FB, 85lbs, 8:45, fun cash out of teams: Tire flips, sprints & Burpees, we got 120 to their 125 burps...... rematch!!
