Psyched with my OHSQ improvement. Failed on rep 12 @ 125 a few months ago and even though I didn't get low enough on one of my reps @ 135 I'll take it!
Being able to rep 135 OHSQ was one of my goals for 2011!

Lift: Box Back Squats w/ Tony & Hannah
175 lbs
Worked on lateral Box Jumps. Previously managed a couple of 32" and tonight I pulled put a lot more. I was pleased. Won the mental battle tonight and felt good. Closed with some GHD sit ups. Always fun.
To top off a good work out, I walked outside to a double rainbow! Smiled all the way home!

Did 95 and 115 feels like it's getting much better and was feeling more comfortable getting lower.

Lift: 75x15 and 85x15 guess i should have tried for 95.
Then stayed after and worked on 24" box jumps 3 sets of 10. And double unders.

nice quiet class at noon today.. enjoyed the warm ups today and yesterday.
Really wanted to do 75 for the lift today because warming up felt great with 75..I cant even remember how many I did.. 2 sets at 75. a lot of reps..but kept hearing Nick say- no good, no, no good.. ahhh. should have just started with 65 .. anyhow, 65 for the wod and did 5 +3 have a great weekend everyone!
Did my very first ever OHSQ today. Thanks Justin for you patience and Kelleigh and Jenn for your help. You girls are pure gristle.

WOD(FB): 7rds +3. I started with 25 for OHSQ then by rd 4 I had to bump down to 15.

Lift: 75-85. Able to get through 15 @ 85....felt good.
wod: yeah had a total breakdown here.3+6+2. Pitiful. next week is a new week.
