WOD: Rx'd 12:56...felt like I flew through the row and thrusters...by the time I got to the pullups I slowed down of course. Anyway, this workout was my first official workout when I started crossfit a year and 3 months ago. I don't remember my time but I do remember using a 35lb bar setup, the row feeling like forever and I was on a blue band. Great job 930!

Today me, Justin, Steve M and Bambi did wod 4.
Team - You were all awesome!

I will be working on stringing more C2B together and cranking out more on the sets of ohsq.

I liked the fact that we had built-in rest in this wod, but it seemed like way more than what I'm used to. Getting excited for regionals!! :)

Got a lot going on this week. Hoping to make it in Friday! Have a great week everyone!

Since my form on my Double Under is so poor I thought singles would be a better choice to not irritate the R arm. Might not have been the best thinking. Continuing with strict lower body only. Hopefully only a few more weeks!?!?! PT went great tonight, don't want to ruin my progress!

Sorry I ddidn'tget to do the team WOD this afternoon, had too many Mom things going on with Lily today!
Will be in bright and early tomorrow morning to take on the thrusters!!

Nick I was wrong Jackie was my 3rd real WOD, and back in sept I did it in 14:16 with green and purple bands for pullups and 27.5lbs.
This really drives home how far I've come. I owe it all to the incredible friends and coaches who continue to support and push all the members of this community! I'm so thrilled to be a part of it, and really really psyched to be a part of the team!

Great job today 6:30! Brigid you are one amazing Momma! You are an inspiration!

So happy to have you back home Kristi! Mary you look HOT!!!

Kristi--welcome back!! otg team-great job today. that is a bear of a workout...you guys all did great

trying to be smart and continue to lay off my elbow so did annie with nikki today (thanks for doing it...sorry you're soar!!) rx'd 11:56. i think 18 seconds slower than last time. shit. DU's felt strong (for me...it's all relative)...was able to string together 25, 29 + which means my sit ups were god awful. i have abs under there somewhere!

great work on the team WOD today everyone, we all did awesome. probably wouldn't hurt to hit that wod again before regionals making sure to focus on decreasing transition time from one athlete to the next. that can cost us a lot of time.

no problem for the rope Mike, I hope you make good use of it
